This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal for non prosecution made in W.P.No.18434 of 2008.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to restore the Writ Petition on file and post the matter on 07.08.2024.
