ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent would state that pending this revision, the petitioner and the respondent have settled the issue before the Mediation. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent have filed a Memorandum of Compromise dated 14.10.2025, duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel.
2. Accordingly, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,50,000/- which was deposited before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kanchipuram, from the date of this order, without insisting on any receipt. Upon filing the appropriate application, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to permit the defacto complainant to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- deposited to the credit of C.C.No.50 of 2011. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the Criminal revision may be disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise.
3. The Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties dated 14.10.2025 is taken on record. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is
disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 14.10.2025 shall form part of the order.
4. Since, the matter has been settled, the complaint given by the defacto complainant is dismissed as settled and the accused is acquitted.
