This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 197 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal. 2.This matter was listed in Advance List on 24.11.2023. Thereafter, the same is listed today and taken up for hearing. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner due to lower Court counsel ill-health could not file the copy application within the stipulated time. Due to which, there was delay of 197 days. 4.Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. He has got no objection in allowing this petition. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 27.11.2023 vv2 Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal Case, if it is otherwise in order.
