The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to implement the 14th wage settlement (ghu;it.C1/23053 of 2019), signed under Section 12(3) of the I.D. Act dated 24.08.2022, and to re-calculate the retirement benefits of the petitioner such as difference amount of gratuity, leave salary, provident fund, commuted value of pension, revised pension for the period from 01.09.2019 to 31.05.2022 (date of retirement) pension arrears and other retirement benefits along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has sent a representation dated 24.04.2025 claiming the difference amount of gratuity, leave salary, provident fund, commuted value of pension, revised pension for the period from 01.09.2019 to 31.05.2022, pension arrears and other retirement benefits along with interest, in pursuance of the 14th wage settlement, and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third 3/6
respondents would fairly submit they would consider the said representation within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submission, without going to merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
