ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the second respondent in C.C.No.370 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Non-Bailable Warrant has been executed and the second respondent was secured and he has now been confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore in order to serve the sentence imposed by the Trial Court.
