V. BHARATHIDASAN. J., (The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today, at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 11.01.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, wherein, the satisfaction Court, namely, Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet, was omitted to be included.
3. Considering the above submission, paragraph 7 (a) of the order is ordered to be read as follows :- "(a) The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen Thousand only) either through RTGS/NEFT or in cash in favour of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court of Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c.No.484026006 IFSC.No. IDIB000M157, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in 1/3
the event of his arrest or his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, and on further condition that "
4. Time to execute sureties, is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction in the order dated 11.01.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19488 of 2020 and issue fresh copy of the order to the parties, forthwith. 09.03.2021 mrp V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.
