ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to subdivide the petitioner's land at S.F.No.234/3B at Kelapuliyur South in Sirukudal Village of Kunnam Taluk in Perambalur District as per Settlement deed, dated 30.11.2007 registered as Document No.3612 of 2007 and the sale deed, dated 05.01.2010 registered as Document No.12 of 2010 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Valighandapuram and issue a separate patta for his name by considering the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2021.

2. Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner requested the respondents to sub divide the land comprised in S.F.No.234/3B at Kelapuliyur South in Sirukudal Village of Kunnam Taluk in Perambalur District as per Settlement deed, dated 30.11.2007 registered as Document No.3612 of 2007 and the sale deed, dated 05.01.2010 registered as Document No.12 of 2010 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Valighandapuram and issue Patta. In this regard, the petitioner also paid the requisite fees on 09.08.2021.

4. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to survey the petitioner's property as per the settlement deed, dated 30.11.2007 and the sale deed dated 05.01.2010 and demarcate the same and issue Patta within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
