This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12102 of 2024, dated 17.05.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12102 of 2024, dated 17.05.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Puducherry, on 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
