PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd Respondent herein viz The Deputy Superintendent of Police Office of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gutcherry Medu, Sathy Main Road, Gobichettipalayam - 638476 Not to Harass the petitioner unnecessarily on the pretext of some enquiry in connection with the complaint given by the 3rd Respondent herein Viz, V.Dinesh @ Dinesh Kumar, S/o.Varadharajan residing at No.117, Bharathi Nagar, Moolappalayam, Erode - 638002.
