This petition had been filed to amend the satisfaction Court for bail as the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet instead of the learned Special Matropolitan Magistrate for CCB/CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13801 of 2024, dated 02.07.2024. 2.This Court while granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner, had indicated that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate CCB/CBCID, Egmore Chennai for executing the bond.

3.Today an application had been moved by the petitioner seeking for amendment of the petition where they had indicated that bail to the satisfaction of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate CCB/CBCID, Egmore Chennai, even though in the cause title, they have only shown the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Organized Crime Unit.

4.Considering the fact that the case is only under the investigation of the respondent and also on the admitted mistake that had been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition, the amendment Application is allowed. As a sequel to the same, the condition to be satisfied by the Magistrate as indicated in the order is also modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai for surrendering and execution of the sureties.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue the order copy afresh. However, further time is extended for compliance of the order till 20.07.2024.
