Mr.M.V.Mathi, Who is a Class I Contractor, registered with the respondent Highways Department for more than 25 years and being eligible to participate in the Tender floated by the 2nd respondent herein, namely, the Superintending Engineer, Highways (NH), Chennai Circle, Chennai-6, in Tender Notice No. 4/HDO/NH/2018-19 dated 11.06.2018, has come to this Court seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to inspect and issue ''Machinery Working Certificate'' for him so as to enable him to participate in Tender Notice No.4/HDO/NH/2018-19 dated 11.06.2018 for Online submission on or before 19.07.2018 at 3.00 p.m. as claimed by him in his representation dated 10.07.2018.

When the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that since the last date for participating in the Tender Notice dated 11.6.2018 for applying through Online is on 19.07.2018 at 3.00 p.m., the 3rd respondent shall inspect the petitioner's machinery in the place mentioned in his representation dated 10.07.2018 tomorrow i.e. on 18.07.2018 and issue the ''Machinery Working Certificate'', if he is entitled to.

Recording the said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
