This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No. 8(b) in Crl.O.P No. 12585 of 2024 dated 24.05.2024.

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, para 8 (b) in Crl.OP. No. 12585 of 2024 dated 24.05.2024 is modified as follows :

8(b). the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to the credit of Dhanabakkiammal Social Welfare Trust, D-3, 1/338, Vasantham Apartment,Sabari Salai, Madipakkam, Chennai -91 A/C.No.921010003441816 Bank : Axis Bank Branch : Madipakkam IFSC Code : UTIB0000083Cell No.9840894264 and the receipt of such payment shall be produced before the concerned magistrate at the time of executing the bond;

3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 12585 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
