Petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.1388 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police to the Central Bureau of Investigation for further investigation.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for respondent.
3. We find justified the grievance of the petitioner that pursuant to order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9947 of 2011 dated 23.06.2011, case was registered in Cr.No.1388 of 2012 for the offences under Sections 120(B), 420 and 408 of IPC on 26.07.2012 and there has been no progress in investigation. Section 161

Court is inclined to direct the Superintendent of Police, to nominate a competent authority to carryout the investigation and complete the same expeditiously.
