Respondents Prayer:- This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2016 now confined in Central Prison Puzhal, Chennai for a period of 15 days for the petitioner surgery to held on 19.07.2016 under the leadership of Head of the Department of Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery in the Tamil Nadu Government Multi Super Specialty Hospital, Chennai with the assistance of petitioner's wife Sindhu Mole, working as warden, Kottayam, Sub Jail for juvenile.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2016 now confined in Central Prison Puzhal, Chennai for a period of 15 days for the petitioner surgery to held on 19.07.2016 under the leadership of Head of the Department of Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery in the Tamil Nadu Government Multi Super Specialty Hospital, Chennai with the assistance of petitioner's wife Sindhu Mole, working as warden, Kottayam, Sub Jail for juvenile. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner is going to be produced before the Medical Officer in the Tamil Nadu Government Multi-Specialty Hospital, Omanthurar Estate, Chennai on 05.08.2016 for medical opinion and thereafter, on obtaining medical opinion, if surgery is required, the same will also be performed at the State's cost.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ petition is closed.
