JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the plaintiff represented that the suit has been settled out of Court between the parties and hence the same may be dismissed as such. He has also made an endorsement to the following effect: PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.,

vj2 "It is humbly submitted the present matter has been settled between the parties/out of court settlement. Hence the present suit may be disposed of on above terms. The plaintiff is also entitled to refund of entire court fees".
