ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order dated 18.07.2018 made in W.A.No.879 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted as against the order under contempt, a special leave petition has been filed by the Government before the Honorable Supreme Court in SLP(C) Nos. 007071 - 007079 of 2020.
