ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to subdivide the petitioner and her daughters' land at S.F.Nos. 205/11A, 205/4C4 and 205/11B at Kelapuliyur South Village of Kunnam Taluk in Perambalur District and issue a separate patta for their name by considering the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner requested the respondents to sub divide the land comprised in S.F.Nos. 205/11A, 205/4C4 and 205/11B at Kelapuliyur South Village of Kunnam Taluk in Perambalur District and issue Patta. In this regard, the petitioner also paid the requisite fees on 09.08.2021.

4. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to survey the petitioner's property and demarcate the same and issue Patta within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
