This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to clarify the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11249 of 2024 dated 08.05.2024 by this Court against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7421 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.184 of 2024 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
