Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 in respect of the show cause notices covered by the industrial dispute of 14.06.2016 raised by the petitioner and in any event hold that the said show cause notices are illegal and opposed to public policy being violative of Art.19 (1)(a) of the Constitution of India.
