Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the fifth respondent under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act against the Lock and Seal and Demolition Notice dated 20.09.2019 issued under Section 57 read with Section 85 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 issued by the second respondent Corporation in respect of the illegal

construction put up by the fifth respondent in premises bearing Door No.45, 4th Street, Karunanidhi Nagar, Tondiarpet, Chennai 600 081 within a time frame to enable the petitioner to take further course of action against the fifth respondent herein.
