This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to complete the investigation expeditiously and file charge sheet in the case registered with Crime No.142 of 2024 pending 1/4

on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks some more time to file the final report.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
