This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to delete the petitioner/second respondent herein namely the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, Chairman of TWAD Board, Chennai-9 from the cause title of the above writ petition on the ground of misjoinder of the parties.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the aforesaid writ miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
