ORDER
The 2nd accused in the trap case is before this Court seeking intervention of this Court to direct the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in the F.I.R.No. 2/AC/2023/KM/2023 registered on 13.03.2023.

Being a public servant, pendency of the FIR appears to be caused difficulty to the petitioner herein and she needs early disposal of the investigation taken up by the respondent police. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the statement of the witness has already been recorded. The hand wash solution sent for chemical analysis and the report is yet to receive. On receipt of chemical analysis report and on obtaining sanction, final report will be filed. 4.
Considering the stage of the investigation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a report within a period of four 2/4
