This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the CMA against the award dated 31.01.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.282 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharmapuri.
2.The 1st respondent is represented through counsel.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and 1st respondent and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 64 days is condoned.
5.The name of the counsel for the 1st respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
6.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to immediately serve the papers on the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.
