This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation, dated 06.09.2021 made by the petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the third respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
