COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2131 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Lillypond Commercial Complex, Moore Market, Park Town, Chennai-600 003.

2.By consent of both sides, the Criminal Original petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.Pending Criminal Original Petitions, the petitioners and the respondent herein have amicably settled the dispute among themselves and entered into a compromise. They have also filed a joint memo of compromise dated 14.09.2017 to that effect. 4.As per Paragraph 6 of the joint memo of compromise, the respondent had agreed to withdraw the criminal case in C.C.No.2131 of 2015 initiated against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the respondent also agrees to the execution of the joint memo of compromise entered between the parties.

5.In view of the understanding between the parties, I do not find any reason as to why the Criminal Proceedings should be kept pending. Consequently, C.C.No.2131 of 2015 on the file of the learned

V Metropolitan Magistrate, Lillypond Commercial Complex, Moore Market, Park Town, Chennai is quashed.

6.According, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 20.09.2017 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No rm To The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
