Of the legal heirs of the deceased eighth respondent, R12 and R13 have been served, R11 and R14 were left and R15 has refused.

2. In an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, it is sufficient even if one legal heir is served as he represents the estate of the deceased.

Hence, the CMPs. are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and list the second appeal for hearing on 15.10.2025.
