ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner to complete the construction of compound wall in their own property, land comprised in S.No.251/2, Sekanoor Village, Vellore Taluk as per representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2026.

2.The petitioner, Om Sakthi Narayani Siddar Peedam Charitable Trust, is a registered trust, established in the year 1995. It purchased the subject property under a registered Sale Deed dated 29.03.2007 from one Arumugam, the husband of the 3rd respondent and father of the respondents 4 to 10. Possession of the property was delivered to the petitioner pursuant to the sale. In order to put up a compound wall in and around the property, he engaged civil workers. While so, respondents 3 to 10, obstructed the entire construction. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondents 1 and 2 and sought for adequate police protection to the petitioner to complete the construction of compound wall in their property and land.

3.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to conduct

an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, upon issuing notice to the counterparties viz. Respondents 3 to 10, and pass orders to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his labourers while putting up construction of compound wall in and around his property and land comprised in S.No.251/2, Sekanoor Village, Vellore Taluk, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
