(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to produce the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Poovizhi, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. Based on the order passed by this Court, on 18.04.2016, the detenue had been produced before this Court, by the second respondent police. It has been submitted that the detenue is kept at Vallalar's Children Home, Dharmapuri.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the first and the second respondents, had submitted that a case is pending before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, in Cr.No.94 of 2016.

4. In such circumstances, we find it appropriate, to direct the second respondent police, to keep the detenue in the custody of the Vallalar's Children Home, Dharmapuri and to produce her before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, in Cr.No.94 of 2016, on 21.04.2016 and to get further orders from the said Court, with regard to the custody of the detenue.

This Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with the above direction.
