This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the FIR in Crime No.2336 of 2017 dated 28.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., no direction to alter the F.I.R. can be passed by this Court. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.2336 of 2017 expediously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a closure report or a final report as the case may be under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
