This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.23159 of 2019 dated 30.10.2019.

When the matter was taken up, it is submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23159 of 2019 on 30.10.2019 has been complied with and a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2813/Aa3/2021 complying with the directions of this Court is placed before this Court. Recording the said statement and the proceedings, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
