The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to to relax the condition imposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal in Crl.M.P.No.1137 of 2015 dated 14.10.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal in C.M.P.No.1137 of 2015 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition for more than 120 days and the case was committed to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.78 of 2016. Hence he prayed for relaxation of the above said condition imposed by the court below.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been levied in S.C.No.78 of 2016.
