2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

3. In the arbitration, the respective parties have already advanced their arguments and the arbitrator has reserved the matter for pronouncement of arbitral award. Since the time period has got over, it became necessary for the applicant to file this application.

4. This Court is satisfied with the contents stated in the affidavit filed

in support of this application seeking for an extension of time for the arbitratal tribunal to pronounce the arbitral award. Accordingly, for the foregoing reasons, this application is allowed as prayed for and the arbitral tribunal is directed to pronounce the arbitral award within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 20.07.2023 rkm ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
