No representation for the petitioner. The present petition has been filed to call for the records in M.C.No.735/2011 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, South at Villianur, Puducherry and to quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would contend that the impugned order was passed in the year 2013 by which the present petitioner directed to appear before the respondent on 21.08.2013. According to him, since the present petition has been filed to quash the M.C.No.735/2011, nothing survives for further adjudication due to efflux of time.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and it is further directed that the respondent can issue fresh summons to the petitioner herein, if it is warranted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
