This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that no complaint is pending against these petitioners before the 2nd respondent. However, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that petition enquiry in C.No.665/AC CCB/CBE City is pending against these petitioners before the 1st respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the 1st respondent police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed.
