PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3890/A4/2019 dated 05.01.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to pass orders for approval of appointment of Tmt.Visi in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the Page No.1 of 4
Petitioner School with effect from 22.01.2020 based on the proposal submitted by the Petitioner School dated 22.01.2020, including arrears of salary along with other attendant benefits.
