ORDER
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners may be permitted to raise all their contentions, now, taken in the grounds before the trial Court. He also submitted that the trial Court condoned the delay without giving notice to the petitioners and therefore, liberty may be given to the petitioners to challenge the order of the trial Court in condoning the delay in filing the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioners to raise all the pleas before the trial Court, while challenging the order of the trial Court in condoning the delay, if so advised.
