This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in crime No. 8 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that de-facto complainant, the father of the victim child, gave the complaint as his minor daughter aged 6 years was subjected to sexual assault by the petitioner/accused. Hence, the complaint.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11645 of 2022, on 06.06.2022, considering the fact that the petitioner had committed very serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl aged about 6 years.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
