CMP.No.18672/2021 C.M.P.No.18672 of 2021 in S.A.No.64 of 2009 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the 2nd respondent, who had died pending the Appeal and bring on record respondents 6 to 9. Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel stated that, he would be filing Vakalat on behalf of the said respondents.

2. In view of the fact that they are also necessary parties in the Second appeal, this petition stands allowed.

Registry may carry out necessary amendments in the cause title indicating the death of the second respondent and bring on record the legal heirs as respondents 6 to 9.
