ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Vijayan Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment by the third respondent over the OSR land at Millinium Town, Villivakkam Panchayat Union, Adayalampattu Panchayat. The petitioner has placed on record a copy of the layout with the gift deed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submits that the further process would be undertaken for removal of encroachment in accordance with law. Necessary notice will be issued

to the concerned person and thereafter, action in accordance with law will be undertaken. The process of issuing notice would commence within two weeks from today, according to the learned Special Government Pleader.

In view of the said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
