This petition has been filed to grant special leave and permit the petitioner to prosecute the above appeal against the order of acquittal dated 10.10.2019 in S.T.C.No.182 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC) Tiruchengode.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 3.On being satisfied with the averments made in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court finds that there are arguable grounds prima facie for filing the appeal. Accordingly, leave is granted. 4.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal and list the matter after two weeks.
