This Court, by order dated 15.09.2022, while dismissing the Crl.R.C.No.1130 of 2022, directed the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal to dispose of the case in S.C.No.59 of 2020 pending before him within a period of six months from 15.09.2022.

2. The II Additional District Judge, Tiruchengode, vide his communication dated 08.03.2023 sent to the Registry, seeks further time of six months to dispose of the case in S.C.No.59 of 2020, stating that S.C.No.59 of 2020 pending on the file of Special Court for trial of cases registered under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Namakkal has been transferred to his Court on on the point of jurisdiction and the same was taken on file on 16.02.2023.

3. Accepting the reasons cited in the communication dated 08.03.2023, a further period of six months is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for disposing S.C.No.59 of 2020 pending before the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchengode. 27.04.2023 msr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
