The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has preferred Writ Appeal as against the order passed in W.P.No.12317 of 2016 and order of interim stay has also been granted. 1/3

2.While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when this Court had already entertained the Writ Appeal.
