These petitions have been filed to implead the petitioner as the respondent in these Second Appeals.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as the applicant is the subsequent purchaser of the suit property, she is proper and necessary party to the Second Appeals.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner, who is a subsequent purchaser of the suit property is a proper and necessary party to the Second Appeal, these petitions are allowed. To carry out necessary amendment.
