Mr.B.Anandan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner claiming to be a disabled person, is seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the request of the petitioner for grant of house site patta to him, in pursuant to the enquiry notice issued to him on 17.06.2014.

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that even though an enquiry was conducted as early as in the month of June 2014, the first respondent has not passed any order so far.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to pass orders on the request of the petitioner for grant of house site patta on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner once again, if so required. The whole exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
