ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.11706 of 2026, dated 07.05.2026, which directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 5(c) of the order dated 07.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11706 of 2026 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
