ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 408 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has been arrayed as A2 in this case. The petitioner along with other accused persons, swindled the money from the Bank to the tune of Rs.89/- Lakhs. Based on the complaint lodged, the respondent police have registered a case against the petitioner and other accused persons. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as stated by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated the petitioner and hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that this is the 3rd bail application of the petitioner and he along with the other accused had misappropriated a sum of Rs.89 lakhs from the Bank, where the petitioner was working. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that investigation is still pending and hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
