This petition has been filed To relax the condition imposed in para 7(b) in CRLOP.NO.10596/2023 dated 02.06.2023 and pass such further.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
