ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J) When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.09.2020 was rejected by the first respondent. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file appeal before the Appellate Authority as against the rejection of the said representation. He has also made endorsement on the Writ Petition. Learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents has no objection for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty to the petitioner to file appeal as against the rejection order passed on the said representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
