ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 67A, 67B IT Act 2000 r/w 15(1) of POCSO Act, 2012 in Cr.No.4155 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the sole accused in this case. The allegation is that the petitioner had downloaded some obscene pictures of children and forwarded the same to others. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had downloaded some obscene picture of some children and forwarded the same to others. He further submits that earlier this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2021 dated 09.08.2021 filed by the petitioner and this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by him. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 01/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
